• Jagadis Bose Research on Measurement of Plant Growth - Back in the 1970s after seeing his high resolution crescograph described in "The Secret Life of Plants", I searched the bookstores and libraries of the Boston MA, USA area for the books from the Bose Research Institute. None. Then I looked in the Geophysics Research Library at Hanscom AFB, MA and found the complete set of his books! It looked like I was the first person to open them. Made some photo copies of the high resolution crescograph and also on his experiments with Ammonium Platino Cyanide crystals.
