Most states and provinces just have stationary rest stops. You have to park your car, go for a walk, and return. Not New Hampshire! We have outhouses moving right along the road! If you're a passenger, just have the driver pull up along side, leap into the outhouse, do your duty, and leap back!
Just kidding! These guys were on their way to Crawford Notch where they were going to install this new outhouse. They are upgrading the outhouses to be wheelchair accessable. The wind from the north had become rather fierce and part of the roof was lifting up. They stopped to make repairs before it was damaged.
These places don't stay clean by themselves. Dedicated state employees maintain them for your comfort.
